H250 Electric Gantry Hoist

The H250 Electric Gantry Hoist is designed for use with the 250GAL Decarbonator® to provide powered raising and lowering of the large lifting basket. Two individually controlled PA1000 electric motors lift the basket from both ends, reducing the lifting and handling of heavy or bulky loads.

The freestanding powder coated steel gantry is mounted on four 6″ casters, so it can be positioned over the Decarbonator and then moved forward once the basket is raised, bringing it clear for loading and unloading. The H250 is supplied partially disassembled for on-site assembly.

Operating Requirements

  • Lock all hoist casters before lifting.
  • Center and balance the load before lifting.
  • Check the lifting cables are vertical and not twisted.
  • Do not exceed the rated load capacity.
  • Operate the two motors individually as needed
    to keep the basket level while raising and lowering.
