H85 Manual Hoist

The H85 Manual Hoist is designed for use with the 85GAL Decarbonator® to raise and lower the lifting basket.
The manually operated winch and cable system provides controlled lifting, enabling one-person loading and unloading while reducing manual lifting and handling. The 85GAL Decarbonator incorporates a built-in mounting channel beneath the tank specifically designed to accept the H85 Hoist. The hoist can therefore be supplied with a new 85GAL Decarbonator or added later to an existing unit.

Operating Requirements

  • Allow enough clearance for the winch handle to turn fully,
    plus room for the operator’s hands.
  • Lock the tank casters before operating the hoist.
  • Center and balance the load before lifting.
  • Check the cables are not twisted.
