The 500GAL Individual Wire Basket is an optional galvanized wire mesh container fitted with a reinforced stainless steel lifting frame, bolted securely to the basket, for use with the 500GAL Decarbonator® and the H500 Electric Gantry Hoist. Two baskets fit side by side within the tank, allowing loads to be separated and handled individually.

The baskets are stackable, so further baskets can be prepared and staged for cleaning. While two are in the cleaning cycle, additional baskets can be loaded and held ready for exchange, which reduces downtime between batches.

Operating Requirements

Lift only one Individual Wire Basket at a time, using the designated lifting points and the H500 Electric Gantry Hoist.
Check the load is evenly distributed and the lifting frame and bolted connections are secure before lifting.
Observe the approved working load and stacking limits.
